In it’s latest creation RENNtech has tuned the C63 AMG saloon produced by German manufacturer Mercedes Benz. The headline figures are the cars collosal power figures which have increased by 97bhp (over 20%!) to 548bhp. The torque also recieves a dollop of excess with figures quoted at 510lb-ft (785Nm).

Brabus B63 S

Brabus B63 S

Based on the C63 AMG, Brabus have produced a tuning kit which they call the B63 S. Mild by their own standards, the kit ups the power figures from 457bhp to 530bhp and torque from 600nm to 650nm. This produces 0-62mph in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of up to 197mph.

HKS GTR

One of Japans largest tuning companies has finally turned it’s hand to the latest Nisaan supercar, the GT-R.  It will go on sale in Japan later this year with no word yet about releases in other markets such as the US.  There are new wastegate actuators for the standard turbos, a boost control system, straight through exhaust systems and aluminium intercooler piping. They add up to power figures of 570PS (562bhp) and 540lb-ft of torque. This kit is nowhere near as extreme as previous attempts at tuning Nissan supercars have been, but we fully expect more additions to follow later on. New Aston Martin/Jeager-LeCoultre Watch

Aston Martin and Jeager-LeCoultre have teamed up to produce a watch that were sure James Bond would be proud to wear. The AMVOX2 DBS Transponder interacts with the Aston Martin DBS in a style that befits some of Bond’s finest moments, it actually doubles as a key! It’s made of 18-carot pink gold and is only available to Aston Martin DBS owners throught the Aston Martin dealership and at a price of $37,900. It will make it’s first public appearance at the Paris Motorshow on October 4th.

Ferrari Enzo Successor Spotted?

These are believed to be pictures of a new Ferrari Enzo Successor (known as the FX70 within Ferrari) in it’s development stages running around Maranello. They follow up from some pictures which where released in July which also claimed to be a development mule for the new flagship model. The differences between the two sets however is that one is running a modified F360 shell (the earlier pictures) and the later is running a modified F430 shell.

Bowing to customer pressure Audi are all set to offer a GT3 version of their Audi R8. Looking to develop a successful ‘customer sport program’, Audi’s ambitions are obviously to take on the likes of Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini who all currently have GT3 versions of their cars competing in GT3 series.

Exclusive: Bugatti Veyron Crash

We recieved word today that a second Bugatti Veyron crash has occured in the UK. The £840,000 supercar looks to have mowed down a large section of hedge-row before finally coming to a stop in a field completing a 180 degree spin. Details are scarce but it appears the driver lost control on a long curve in West Berkshire, UK. From the pictures it’s difficult to tell how badly damaged the car is and whether it’s repairable, it certainly looks worse that the last one. Aston Martin Revives Lagonda

The legendary Lagonda brand is about to be relaunched by Aston Martin in a move to expand into different markets and secure it’s long-term future. The Lagonda brand was joined to Aston Martin in 1947 in a move that bought both brands under new ownership. The Aston Martin brand becamemuch more successful, with Lagonda producing the ‘Aston Martin Lagonda’ Saloon in 1989, their last until now. Ulrich Bez (Aston Marin CEO) said ‘The Lagonda brand would allow us to develop cars which can have a different character than a sports car’. Taking into account the companies herritage and Bez’s statement, the Rapide that is currently in development fits the Lagonda mould and may be the first new lagonda. The companies centennial anniversary is next year.

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano Spyder spied

This news isn’t official yet but we guess after the car got spotted in Tjechië, Ferrari will come up with a press-release soon. As you can read in the title, the 599 GTB is coming as convertible! The number of cars to be produced will probably stay low, to keep the exclusivity at the maximum. But is there anything more exclusive than this? Stay tuned for more news and pictures!

Our words of the second tuner for Nissan’s GT-R aren’t even cold and we can announce another one. Next in line to take care of Nissan’s flagship is the Japanese tuner Wald International. A lot of information isn’t known yet but on Wald’s homepage you can find ‘coming soon’ in giant letters. What we get are a few images of Nissan’s GT-R Sports Line, this is how Wald will call it. The bodykit is full of small details such as the front lights that became a little bit wider, new rimms and the mirrors got replaced. The refreshed parts are without doubt made from carbon fibre, no need to tell you why Wald chose that! The giant black rimms and the big diffuser make the car look better for all the people that get overtaken by this car. Now let’s hope that Wald announces the engines spec’s soon!

When the first Nissan GT-R’s are being spotted in the wild we can expect tuners to release a package for this car. There’s one official package yet and now Nissan Motorsport International Limited or as we say NISMO created a Club Sport package for the R35 GT-R. Making a superb car even better is never an easy task, even not for the best tuners out there. That’s why Nismo concentrated themselves on making the GT-R less heavy and give it a better handling.

Important part of the package is the adaptable Bilstein Damptronic shock absorbers. This won’t give you more driving confort but will make you able of doing faster laps on circuits.
